Today, Wildlands is the regional leader in providing mitigation for public
sector agencies and the private sector. Our restoration and banking efforts
have been profiled in TV, radio, and newspaper media throughout California
and overseas.

Wildlands’ projects have also been recognized for their excellence in habitat
restoration and management. Wildlands was presented with the California
Resources Agency, Department of Fish and Game, Wildlife Conservation
Award for outstanding wildlife conservation achievements and the American
Planner Association Planning Implementation Award in 1996. One of the
cornerstones of Wildlands’ projects is collaboration and involvement with
public agencies and non-profit organizations such as the American Land
Conservancy, California Department of Fish and Game, California Waterfowl
Association, Trust for Public Lands, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service
Refuge System.
