Wetland restoration credits are anticipated to soon be available from the 56.5-acre San Luis Rey Wetland Mitigation Bank in San Diego County, California. The San Luis Rey Wetland Mitigation Bank is located in the city of Oceanside and will restore and permanently protect 55-acres of important property located in the San Luis Rey River floodplain.
The Bank will provide compensatory mitigation that may be required by federal, state, and local agencies as compensation for unavoidable impacts to wetlands in northern San Diego County. There will be a limited initial release, so please call us at 916.435.3555 to discuss your upcoming projects.
